Most Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I need a car inspection because it has a warranty?

A. A warranty is not a substitute for a pre purchase vehicle inspection

Q. What is the difference between a pre purchase car inspection and safety certificate?

A. The seller is required by law to display and provide a safety certificate or more commonly known as roadworthy certificate when selling a car in Qld. A Safety Certificate Inspection is a basic inspection and will NOT identify if the seller has put back what they have taken through regular servicing, repairs or replacement of periodical service items and most importantly identify costly faults.
